Alien 3 (europe) On Sms Game

Alien 3 on the Sega Master System is one of those weird licensed games that actually kinda works. You play as Ripley—no power loader, no pulse rifle, just you, a flamethrower, and a whole prison crawling with xenomorphs. The levels are dark, claustrophobic corridors where you’re constantly backtracking to unlock doors or rescue prisoners before they get facehugger’d. It’s janky in that classic 8-bit way, but the atmosphere nails the movie’s vibe. Just don’t expect smooth controls—dodging aliens feels like wrestling with tank controls sometimes.
Fun fact: the flamethrower ammo is limited, so you’ll be sneaking past aliens more than torching them. And yeah, the soundtrack is just three notes on loop, but somehow it still creeps you out. If you’re into retro survival horror, this one’s a weird little time capsule.
