Airforce Delta Game

AirForce Delta on Game Boy Color is one of those underrated flight combat games that somehow makes pixelated dogfights feel intense. You're a mercenary pilot thrown into a civil war in Zabayral—basically, you pick a plane (some handle like bricks, others are weirdly nimble) and dive into missions that range from blowing up tanks to full-on aerial duels.
The GBC version is simpler than the Dreamcast one, obviously, but it’s got this weird charm—tiny explosions, chunky sprites, and controls that take a minute to get used to. First mission’s straightforward, but by the third sortie, you’re dodging missiles while trying not to stall. Pro tip: don’t ignore the slower bombers early on—they pack serious firepower when you need to clear ground targets.
It’s not perfect (the music loops *fast*), but if you’re into retro flight games, this one’s a solid time-killer. Just don’t expect Ace Combat.
