About Aggressive Inline (u)(eurasia)
Aggressive Inline came out for the Game Boy Advance in 2002, published by Acclaim. It was part of that wave of extreme sports games trying to capture the energy of the console hits on a handheld screen.
You control an inline skater, moving through levels to complete specific goals like high score attacks or collecting items. The main objective is to chain tricks together to build your combo meter and unlock new areas. Signature mechanics include the manual, which lets you link grinds and air tricks for huge scores, and a special trick system that uses the shoulder buttons for more complex moves. The pacing is fast, demanding quick reflexes to maintain momentum and avoid bailing. It feels fluid when you nail a long combo, a satisfying rush of speed and precision.
