This GBA cart is a weird little twofer—you get Shrek 2 and Madagascar: Operation Penguin crammed onto one cartridge. Shrek 2’s your standard movie tie-in platformer—swampy levels, some basic combat, and a lot of green. Not amazing, but decent if you’re into that early 2000s licensed game vibe.

Operation Penguin’s the more interesting half, honestly. You play as those little penguins from Madagascar, sneaking around zoos and docks in this weirdly fun stealth-lite adventure. Controls are janky by today’s standards, but there’s something charming about waddling past guards and causing chaos.

Both games feel like they were made in a hurry, but if you’re nostalgic for GBA-era movie games, this double pack’s a decent time capsule. Just don’t expect anything groundbreaking.
