2 In 1 - Insect Monster & Suchai Labyrinth (j)(independent) Game

This weird little GBA double-pack is exactly what it sounds like—two totally different games crammed onto one cart. First up, Insect Monster: a bizarre bug-battler where you collect and evolve creepy-crawlies to fight in turn-based scraps. The sprites are chunky and charming, and some of the evolutions get downright surreal (wait till you see what happens to the centipede).
Then there's Suchai Labyrinth, a maze game with a weirdly satisfying loop—you're digging through dirt, uncovering items while avoiding enemies that pop out of nowhere. It's simple but weirdly tense, especially when you're one hit from death and desperately hunting for a health pickup. Both games have that early 2000s indie charm—rough around the edges, but full of personality.
Definitely a niche pick, but perfect if you're into offbeat Japanese oddities.
