Yoshi's Cookie is one of those SNES puzzlers that looks cute but gets surprisingly intense. You're sliding rows of cookies around, trying to line up matching flavors—sounds simple, but when the screen fills up with peppermints and chocolate chips, it turns into a frantic scramble. The music’s got that classic Yoshi cheerfulness, which kinda tricks you into thinking it’s all harmless fun… until you realize you’ve been staring at the same level for 20 minutes.
What I love is how it starts slow—just matching three in a row—but then throws in bigger combos and weird cookie shapes that mess with your plans. And yeah, Yoshi’s there, grinning at you from the corner like he knows you’re about to screw up. It’s way more addictive than it has any right to be.
