Yoshi No Cookie is one of those weird Japan-only SNES sequels that somehow slipped under the radar. It keeps the same addictive cookie-matching puzzle action as the original Yoshi's Cookie, but throws in a cute little world map to travel between stages—like a sugary Super Mario World. The graphics got a nice polish too, with way more detailed sprites and backgrounds that actually make the cookies look kinda delicious.
At first I thought it'd just be a reskin, but there's something about the way the new oven mechanic works that makes combos flow differently. You'll still spend half your time yelling at Yoshi when the wrong block drops in, though. If you're into puzzle games with that classic Nintendo charm, this one's worth digging up.
