About Wares, La (japan)
Wares, La came out for the Super Nintendo in 1995, developed and published by ASCII Corporation. It was one of those later SNES titles that arrived when players were already looking ahead to the next generation of consoles, a solid action RPG that didn't get a huge amount of attention outside of Japan.
You control a young man named Chiffon on a quest to save the Kitan Kingdom. The game is built around screen by screen exploration, moving through towns, fields, and dungeons. A key mechanic is the large robot battles; you fight enemies while positioned on top of these massive machines in a setting that blends fantasy and technology. Your main objective involves delving into dungeons and collecting the pieces of the Triforce to progress.
