Urban Strike came out for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System in 1995, published by Electronic Arts. It was part of that era on the SNES where you saw a lot of these top down military style shooters, a follow up to the earlier Jungle Strike game. You get a sense of its place just by looking at the box art and the isometric view it uses.

You pilot a helicopter, an Apache or a Comanche depending on the mission, flying over city streets and enemy bases. Your main job is to complete a series of objectives, which usually means destroying specific targets, rescuing hostages, or wiping out enemy platoons. Signature mechanics include managing your fuel and ammunition carefully, since you have to land to rearm, and frequently exiting the helicopter on foot for tight indoor sections. The pacing is relentless, with enemies and turrets firing from all directions, making it a fairly difficult game where a single mistake can cost you a life. It feels like a constant, tense juggling act between aggression and resource management.
