Tsuyoshi Shikkari Shinasai is one of those weird, Japan-only SNES puzzle games that somehow makes falling blocks feel chaotic. You’ve got your usual tile-matching setup, but everything’s faster and louder than you’d expect—bright colors, characters shouting nonsense, and this weird pressure to clear lines before the opponent’s garbage piles up on your side. The controls are simple, but the AI doesn’t mess around after the first few rounds.
It’s got that classic '90s vibe where they slapped a random celebrity’s face on the box (some Japanese comedian, I think?) and called it a day. Not the deepest puzzle game out there, but if you’re into obscure SNES stuff or just want something frantic to kill 20 minutes, it’s a fun little time capsule. The music’s oddly catchy too.
