About Tom & Jerry (beta)
Tom & Jerry (Beta) came out for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System in 1992, developed by Riedel Software Productions. It was one of many platformers from that period, a straightforward attempt to bring the cartoon's chase dynamic into a video game format.
You control Jerry the mouse, navigating through a series of side scrolling levels inside a house. Your main goal is to reach the end of each stage while avoiding Tom, who relentlessly pursues you. Signature mechanics include collecting cheese wedges for points and using temporary power ups, like a boxing glove, to stun Tom momentarily.
