Ever played that old Tom & Jerry SNES beta? It’s basically the cartoon chaos you remember, but with way more pixelated mayhem. You can play as either Tom or Jerry—obviously I picked Jerry first because who doesn’t love being the tiny guy outsmarting the big dumb cat?

It’s got that classic platformer feel—jumping on furniture, dodging traps, and collecting cheese (because of course Jerry’s obsessed with cheese). The controls are a little stiff by today’s standards, but there’s something charming about how janky Tom’s animations get when he misses a pounce. Feels like a lost episode from the ‘90s.

You can run it on an emulator if you’re feeling nostalgic, just don’t expect some polished modern remake. It’s rough around the edges, but in a fun way.
