Okay, so The Flintstones on SNES is basically a side-scroller where you play as Fred—yelling "Yabba Dabba Doo!" while jumping on pterodactyls and chucking rocks at weirdly aggressive dinosaurs. The sprites actually look like the cartoon, which is cool, and the music? Total earworm. That theme song loops in my head for days.
It’s not super hard, but some of those platforming bits—especially when you’re bouncing on those springy flowers—can get annoying if your timing’s off. And yeah, you’ll definitely yell at Fred for sliding off cliffs a few times. Still, smashing stuff with his club never gets old. If you grew up with the show, it’s a weirdly charming little time capsule. Just don’t expect a deep story—it’s mostly running left to right, dodging dinosaurs, and collecting giant turkey legs.
Honestly, half the fun is just seeing Barney pop up to make terrible jokes.
