Terminator 2 on SNES is basically a stripped-down version of the arcade light gun shooter, but hey—it still has that cheesy '90s action movie vibe. You blast through waves of T-1000s with a controller instead of a plastic gun, which feels a little weird at first, but the digitized Arnold grunts and explosions make up for it. The levels are short, the enemies repeat way too much, and it’s over in like 20 minutes if you’re decent. Still, there’s something oddly satisfying about mowing down liquid metal terminators while that iconic theme plays in the background. It’s not deep, but it’s a fun nostalgia trip if you grew up with this stuff.
