Tekken 2 Game

Tekken 2 on SNES is one of those fighters that just feels right—even if it’s not arcade-perfect. You pick someone like Paul with his ridiculous hair and realize halfway through that his uppercut is stupidly good, or mash buttons as Yoshimitsu and somehow pull off a sword spin that shouldn’t even work. The roster’s smaller than later games, but everyone’s got their own weird quirks—King’s grapples, Law’s Bruce Lee impersonation, Jack’s whole "I punch through walls" thing.
It’s clunky by today’s standards, sure, but there’s something satisfying about landing a perfect combo and watching the health bar chunk down. And if you’ve got a friend nearby? Suddenly it’s 1996 again, trash-talking over who actually won that last round. Just don’t blame me when you lose to Heihachi’s cheap throws for the third time in a row.
