Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: The Arcade Game is a side scrolling beat 'em up released for MS DOS in 1992. The game was developed by Konami and published by Image Works. It is based on the arcade version of the same name, which itself adapts the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise. Players control the four ninja turtles in a cooperative martial arts adventure.

In the game, players select one of the four turtles: Leonardo, Donatello, Michelangelo, or Raphael. The objective is to fight through waves of enemies to rescue the kidnapped reporter April O'Neil from the villain Shredder. Progression is linear, moving from left to right across urban and industrial environments. Players use basic attacks and jumping moves to defeat common Foot Soldier enemies, who may wield weapons like knives to increase the threat. At the conclusion of each stage, players face a boss character, such as Bebop and Rocksteady or the mad scientist Baxter Stockman, which requires specific patterns to defeat.

The MS DOS version supports simultaneous play for up to two players. The gameplay structure involves clearing each level of all enemies before advancing. Along the way, players can find temporary power up items, like projectiles, to aid in combat. The side view perspective keeps the action focused on straightforward movement and combat encounters. Enemy types include not only Foot Soldiers but also larger foes and characters from the franchise, leading to a final confrontation with Shredder.
