Super Tetris 2 And Bombliss - Gentei Han is one of those weird, late-era SNES puzzle games that somehow makes Tetris feel fresh again. At first glance, it's classic Tetris—blocks fall, you rotate them, clear lines—but then Bombliss kicks in, and suddenly you're planting explosives in your own stack to blow up stubborn gaps. It’s chaotic in the best way.
The Bombliss mode is the real star here. You’ve got to think ahead, setting up chain reactions to clear massive chunks at once. Mess it up, and you’ll just make a bigger mess. The Tetris half is solid too, with that satisfying SNES-era polish—crisp controls, bright colors, and that iconic music (though Bombliss has its own frantic soundtrack).
It’s not the most famous Tetris variant, but if you’ve played the original to death and want something with a little more… kaboom, this one’s worth digging up. Just don’t blame me when you lose an hour to bomb experiments.
