Super Puyo Puyo Tsuu Remix is that classic SNES puzzle game where you stack blobs and watch them explode in a satisfying chain reaction. It's the Japan-only follow-up to the original Puyo Puyo, with smoother controls and way more chaotic matches against the CPU.
At first, it feels like just another color-matching game—drop the blobs, make them disappear. But then you realize the real strategy is setting up those ridiculous 5- or 6-chain combos while your opponent panics. The AI gets brutal fast, especially in the later stages where they pull off moves that feel downright unfair.
If you’ve played Tetris or Dr. Mario, this has that same "one more round" addictiveness, but with way more screaming when your screen suddenly floods with garbage blocks. The remix version adds some extra modes, but honestly, I just keep coming back to the classic versus battles. It’s pure, frantic puzzle action with a weirdly charming 90s anime aesthetic.
