Super Off Road - The Baja is one of those SNES racers that somehow makes driving a tiny truck through pixelated dirt feel ridiculously intense. You start off picking between these chunky little off-roaders—I always went for the red one, no idea if it actually handled better—and then you're immediately bouncing over rocks, skidding around tight turns, and praying you don't flip over in the middle of a race.

The top-down view gives it this weirdly addictive arcade feel, like you're controlling a toy car on a table full of obstacles. And the tracks? They get brutal fast—one second you're cruising, the next you're spinning out in a mud pit while three AI trucks blast past you. The two-player mode is where it really shines, though. Nothing like shoving your friend into a cactus and laughing as their truck flips end over end.

It's not fancy by today's standards, but there's something about the way the trucks slide around and the way the camera zooms in when you hit a boost that just feels good. If you ever played this back in the day, firing it up now is an instant nostalgia trip.
