Super Mario World Revised V2 Game

Super Mario World Revised V2 is basically the classic SNES game you remember, but someone went wild with the level designs. The first few stages feel familiar—Yoshi’s still there, the music hits the nostalgia just right—but then you start noticing the tweaks. Hidden paths lead to completely new areas, some enemies behave differently, and good luck breezing through Bowser’s castles now. It’s like playing with a fresh set of eyes.
I got stuck on this one ghost house for way too long because the exits aren’t where they’re supposed to be. And don’t even get me started on the revamped cape mechanics—turns out you can pull off some ridiculous mid-air tricks if you time it right. Definitely not just a lazy rom hack.
If you’ve memorized every pixel of the original, this version actually makes you think again.
