Super Mario World Laughs is one of those weird ROM hacks where someone took the original game and just... replaced all the sound effects with goofy laughter. Mario jumps? Hahaha. Grabs a coin? Heeheehee. It starts funny for about five minutes, then gets kinda unsettling when you realize Bowser's evil cackle is just some dude giggling like he's being tickled.

Honestly, it's the kind of thing you boot up at 2 AM with friends to see how long you can last before the constant chuckling drives you insane. The gameplay's still classic SMW, but good luck focusing with that soundtrack.
