About Super Mario Story
Super Mario Story came out for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System, developed and published by Nintendo. It was part of that era on the SNES where games started to feel more like interactive stories, moving beyond the straightforward platforming of earlier Mario titles.
You control Mario as he explores the world map, moving from one location to the next. Your main goal is to rescue Princess Peach, but the journey involves helping townsfolk and battling a variety of enemies. Outside of combat, you explore areas screen by screen, solving simple puzzles and collecting coins to buy better gear.
