Super Mario Food Fighting is one of those weird little Flash games that somehow sticks with you. Mario’s food got stolen (rude), so now you’re jumping through these chaotic levels full of floating platforms and angry mushrooms trying to grab it all back. The controls are simple—just arrow keys and a jump button—but some of those jumps get mean if you’re not careful.

What I like is how ridiculous it feels—you’re dodging fireballs one second, then hopping over a giant hamburger the next. The art’s super basic, but that’s part of the charm. Just don’t expect anything deep; it’s pure dumb fun for when you’ve got five minutes to kill. Watch out for the flying forks, though. Those things are sneaky.
