I first played Super Mad Champ on the Super Nintendo Entertainment System back in 1995. It was published by Givro, a name I didn't see too often. The game came out during that later part of the SNES lifespan when developers were really pushing what the hardware could do, and it fit right in with other action platformers of the time.

You control a small, determined character who runs and jumps through a series of single-screen rooms. The main goal is to navigate these compact, self-contained challenges to reach the exit, which often requires clearing the screen of all enemies.
