Super Gussun Oyoyo is one of those weird, charming SNES puzzle games that never made it outside Japan—which is a shame, because it’s got this weirdly satisfying block-stacking thing going on. You control these little round dudes (the "Gussun" guys) who hop around stacking blocks to clear paths, and the physics feel just janky enough to keep you on your toes.
At first, it seems simple—just move blocks to reach the exit, right? But then the stages start throwing in switches, disappearing platforms, and these annoying little enemies that mess up your carefully built towers. The music’s got that classic SNES bouncy vibe, and the whole thing has this playful, almost toy-like feel to it.
It’s the kind of game where you’ll fail a level three times because you misjudged a jump, then finally nail it and feel like a genius. Definitely worth a look if you’re into quirky retro puzzlers.
