Super Battletank on SNES is basically what happens when you take the original NES game and crank everything up—better graphics, smoother controls, and way more explosions. You're still driving a tank through enemy territory, blasting anything that moves, but now it actually feels like you're in a warzone instead of pushing pixels around.
The first mission drops you straight into the action—no long tutorials, just a quick briefing and then boom, you're rolling through trenches while artillery shells rain down. The controls take a second to get used to (turning feels a little heavy at first), but once you figure out how to line up shots while dodging return fire, it clicks. And yeah, the explosions are satisfying as hell.
It's not perfect—some missions drag if you get stuck hunting down that last hidden enemy—but when it works, it nails that "one more try" tank combat vibe. Definitely an upgrade from the NES version.
