About Star Fox Nightmare B
Star Fox Nightmare B was an unreleased Super Nintendo Entertainment System game, developed by Nintendo. It was planned during the SNES era, a time when developers were pushing the limits of the console's hardware with new types of action and adventure games.
You control Fox McCloud piloting an Arwing through a series of hostile sectors. Your main goal is to navigate these areas, destroying enemy fighters and larger capital ships. The game uses a combination of free-range flying in open zones and more constrained, screen-by-screen corridor shooting. You collect power-ups to upgrade your lasers and shields, and you must manage your ship's health carefully as the enemy patterns become dense and aggressive.
