Sonic Battle (e)(independent) Game

Okay, so Sonic Battle is basically Sonic meets Super Smash Bros. but with its own weird little twist. You pick from Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, and a few others, then duke it out in small arenas—nothing too fancy, but the controls feel surprisingly solid for a GBA fighter.
Each character has their own fighting style—Tails is all about zoning with gadgets, Knuckles punches things into next week, and Sonic... well, he’s fast, obviously. The combos are simple but satisfying, and there’s this weird card-collecting thing for upgrades that I never fully figured out as a kid. Still, matches are quick and chaotic, perfect for short bursts.
It’s not the deepest fighter, but it’s got that classic Sonic charm and some genuinely fun moments. If you ever wanted to watch Shadow the Hedgehog uppercut Cream the Rabbit, this is your game.
