Sonic Advance (europe) Game

Man, Sonic Advance on the GBA is such a solid little throwback. It feels like classic Sonic—speed, loops, those satisfying ring chimes—but with just enough new stuff to keep it interesting. You’ve got Tails, Knuckles, and Amy joining the crew, each with their own moves (Amy’s hammer swing is weirdly fun).
The levels are bright and fast, though some of the later zones get brutal if you’re not careful. And yeah, the screen’s small, but they make it work—you’ll barely notice once you’re blasting through Casino Paradise or dodging spikes in Ice Mountain. The music’s got that classic Sonic vibe too, all bouncy and energetic.
It’s not perfect—some of the boss fights drag—but for a handheld Sonic game? Still holds up way better than it should. If you’ve got a GBA lying around, this one’s worth dusting off.
