So, Sonic Advance 2—basically the GBA sequel that actually makes you feel like you’re blasting through levels at Sonic speed. The music’s way punchier than the first game, and the levels are built for momentum—less stopping, more rolling off ramps and bouncing between enemies like a pinball.

Cream the Rabbit’s new here, floating around with her little Chao buddy Cheese (who’s weirdly useful for snagging rings). You’ve still got Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles, each with their own quirks—Tails’ flight feels a bit OP sometimes, but hey, no complaints when you’re skipping past spike traps.

Eggman’s up to his usual nonsense, of course, but the boss fights are faster this time, almost like mini-races. Just don’t get too cocky—some of those later zones will wreck you if you don’t time your jumps right.
