Ever wanted to conduct a bunch of cartoon dogs playing jazz? Snoopy Concert on SNES is basically that—a weirdly charming rhythm game where you guide Snoopy and the Peanuts gang through musical performances. The controls are simple (mostly tapping buttons in time), but the real magic is in the little animations—Charlie Brown nervously sweating during his trumpet solo, Schroeder hammering away at his tiny piano like a man possessed.
It’s not exactly Guitar Hero, but there’s something oddly satisfying about nailing a sequence and watching the whole band sync up. The soundtrack’s full of bouncy, ragtime-y tunes that stick in your head way longer than they should. And yeah, it’s easy, but that’s kind of the point—more about vibing with the gang than sweating over high scores. Perfect for when you just want to unwind with something silly and nostalgic.
Also, Woodstock on drums is objectively hilarious.
