About Skul Jagger
Skul Jagger came out for the Super Nintendo in 1992, developed by Realtime Associates. It was part of that wave of early SNES action games that tried to build big worlds within the system's new capabilities, offering a sizable quest without the name recognition of a major franchise.
You control Storm Jaxon, a rebel leader fighting to free his island from the tyrannical Captain Skuljagger. Your main goal is to explore a large map screen by screen, fighting Kiltish soldiers and wild creatures with your sword. You navigate through different environments, including the ancient city of Urnum, and the game is known for its difficulty, requiring careful combat and exploration across many levels, some of which are hidden.
