About Simcity (germany)
I first played SimCity on the Super Nintendo in 1991, a version developed by Maxis. It was one of those games that felt different from everything else on the system, trading fast action for the slow, deliberate work of building a metropolis from an empty plot of land.
You control the entire city as its mayor, placing residential, commercial, and industrial zones while managing a budget for services like police and fire departments. The main objective is to grow your city from a small town into a bustling, functioning urban center. Key mechanics include drawing roads and power lines to connect your zones and responding to random disasters, like a giant monster attack, that can level parts of your carefully planned layout.
