Sd Gundam Generation - Zanscare Senki (japan) (st) Game

If you're into old-school Gundam strategy games, this one's a deep cut—part of the SD Gundam Generation series on SNES, focusing on the Zanscare War from Victory Gundam. It’s got that classic chibi-style mech combat, but don’t let the cute sprites fool you—the battles get pretty tactical.
What’s wild is that it uses the Sufami Turbo, this obscure add-on that lets you link it with other SD Gundam games. Never actually tried that myself, but just the idea of stacking cartridges for extra content feels so '90s. The menus are all in Japanese, so unless you’re fluent or patient with guides, expect some guesswork with unit upgrades.
Still, if you dig turn-based mech fights and don’t mind digging through retro quirks, it’s a neat piece of Gundam history. Just don’t expect a walk in the park.
