Oh man, Ren & Stimpy: Veediots is exactly as weird and gross as the cartoon—which means it's perfect if you're into that. You jump between playing as Ren (all rage and twitchy movements) and Stimpy (who just sort of bumbles through everything). The levels are these bizarre little episodes where you're collecting rubber nipples for some reason or running from a giant mutated Stimpy head. Classic 90s THQ jank, but in a way that kinda fits the show's chaotic energy.
The controls take some getting used to—Ren's jumps feel too stiff at first, but once you realize he's supposed to move like an angry chihuahua, it makes sense. And yeah, the graphics are pixelated madness, but they nailed Stimpy's dumb grin and Ren's bulging veins. Not gonna lie, some parts are frustrating (that log-rolling mini-game can burn in hell), but it's so stupidly faithful to the show that you can't help but laugh.
If you grew up watching these two idiots wreck each other's lives, this SNES relic is a nostalgia trip worth taking. Just don't expect polished platforming—it's more about the absurd humor.
