If you grew up watching Ren & Stimpy’s weird, gross-out humor, this SNES game is basically three of their best episodes turned into playable chaos. You start off as Ren in "The Boy Who Cried Rat," sneaking around as a mouse while Stimpy sets up ridiculous traps—expect a lot of frantic dodging and that signature Ren freakout energy.
Then there’s "Stimpy’s Invention," where you’re the big dumb orange cat trying to build the Happy Helmet (spoiler: it goes about as well as you’d expect). The controls are janky in that classic 90s way, but it kinda fits the show’s vibe. And "In the Army" is just pure madness—Ren dodging plunger snipers and getting bombed by bees? Yeah, that tracks.
It’s not the most polished platformer, but if you’re here for the absurdity and nostalgia, it absolutely delivers. Just don’t expect it to play like Mario.
