About Pop'n Twinbee - Rainbow Bell Adventures (germany)
Pop'n TwinBee: Rainbow Bell Adventures came out for the Super Nintendo in 1994, developed and published by Konami. It was part of that wave of mid-90s SNES games that experimented with taking familiar characters from other genres and dropping them into side-scrolling adventures. This one shifts the TwinBee cast from their usual aerial shoot-'em-up action into a colorful platformer.
You control TwinBee or WinBee, navigating levels screen by screen, punching and kicking enemies while searching for bells. Your main goal is to rescue your friends, which involves traveling through themed worlds, each with its own boss. A signature mechanic is collecting bells; they power you up, granting new abilities like a screen-clearing bomb or a protective barrier. The game also features cooperative two-player action, letting a friend control the other character.
