Pokemon : Rocket Science Game

Pokémon: Rocket Science is this weird little GBA romhack where Team Rocket actually tries to, you know, use science. Instead of just stealing Pokémon, they’re running experiments—some of them actually kinda smart, others hilariously dumb. You start off infiltrating one of their labs, and within minutes you’re dodging malfunctioning machines and battling grunts who keep ranting about "data samples."
The overworld sprites are classic GBA-era, but the dialogue has this dry, almost sarcastic tone that makes the whole thing feel like a parody. And the battles? Still the same turn-based system, but some of the modified moves and items are just ridiculous. Ever seen a Pidgey with a jetpack? Yeah, that happens.
It’s short, rough around the edges, and definitely not official, but if you’ve ever wanted to see Team Rocket fail at being actual scientists, this is the romhack for you.
