Pokemon Ash Gray (beta 3.61) Game

Pokémon Ash Gray is one of those fan-made hacks that actually feels like playing through the anime—you start off as Ash, Pikachu bolts the second you get it (just like in the show), and Team Rocket pops up way too often with their terrible disguises. The map follows Kanto pretty closely, but with little twists, like having to chase down Pikachu before you can even leave Pallet Town.
It’s still in beta, so some bits are rough—dialogue glitches here and there, and a few moves don’t work right—but if you’ve ever wanted to relive the first season with more of Ash’s dumb decisions intact, this is weirdly charming. Just save often unless you enjoy losing progress to random crashes.
