Pokemon Ash Gray (beta 2.5z) Game

Pokémon Ash Gray is one of those fan-made hacks that actually feels like playing through the anime—you start off as Ash in Pallet Town, and yeah, you even get Pikachu right off the bat. The dialogue is straight out of the show, and Team Rocket pops up at all the worst (or best?) times, just like you’d expect.
It’s a little rough around the edges—beta quirks, some weird text glitches—but if you’ve ever wanted to relive Ash’s journey with his actual terrible decisions (looking at you, Charizard disobedience), this is weirdly satisfying. The maps follow the anime locations pretty closely, and there are even some curveballs like the Orange Islands thrown in.
Just don’t expect a polished Nintendo release. It’s janky, nostalgic, and weirdly charming for what it is.
