Pokemon Amnesia Game

Pokémon Amnesia is one of those weird little ROM hacks that flips the usual formula on its head—your Pokémon forget their moves after every battle. Yeah, seriously. You start off with your usual starter, but after your first fight, bam, blank slate. It’s chaotic in the best way, forcing you to improvise with whatever random moves your team ends up with. The early game feels like scrambling through a puzzle, especially when your Bulbasaur suddenly forgets Tackle and you’re stuck with… Growl. Again.
It’s got that classic GBA look, but the twist keeps you on your toes way more than the vanilla games. You’ll either love the madness or rage-quit after the third gym. No in-between. If you’re tired of the same old Pokémon grind, this one’s worth a shot.
