Pipe Dream on SNES is one of those puzzle games that seems simple at first—just connect the pipes before the water flows—but then suddenly you're sweating over a grid of L-shapes and T-junctions while the timer ticks down. The controls are tight, and the music has that classic SNES charm (though after a while, it might drill into your brain a little).
What I love is how it starts easy, lulling you into thinking you've got it figured out, then throws curveballs like weird pipe angles or sudden speed boosts. My first time playing, I thought I could just wing it, but nope—planning ahead is everything. And when you finally nail a long chain of pipes just before the water reaches the end? Pure satisfaction.
It's not flashy, but it's the kind of game you'll keep coming back to when you want something quick but still makes you think. Just don't blame me when you start seeing pipes in your sleep.
