About Pinocchio (japan)
Pinocchio for the Super Nintendo came out in 1996 from Kemco, a release that arrived late in the system's life. It was one of many platformers and action games based on Disney properties that filled the SNES library, aiming to capture the look of the animated film.
You control Pinocchio directly, with Jiminy Cricket following along to offer hints. The main goal is to prove you are brave, truthful, and unselfish so the Blue Fairy will turn you into a real boy. You move through the game screen by screen, navigating platforming sections, using a bubble-blowing weapon against enemies, and searching for hidden items like coins and stars.
