Picross NP Vol. 4 is one of those SNES puzzle games that just sticks with you. You start with a blank grid, some numbers on the sides, and before long, you're carefully marking squares to reveal hidden pixel art—everything from animals to random objects. The first few puzzles ease you in, but by the time you hit the 10x10 grids, you’ll be second-guessing every move.
The retro aesthetic is simple but charming, and there’s something weirdly satisfying about watching a picture slowly take shape. I remember getting stuck on one puzzle for ages before realizing I’d miscounted a row. The music’s low-key, just enough to keep you company without distracting. If you like logic puzzles but don’t want anything too punishing, this one’s a solid pick.
Fair warning, though: once you start, it’s hard to put down. You’ll tell yourself "just one more puzzle" until suddenly it’s 2 AM.
