Parodius - Non-Sense Fantasy is basically Gradius on a sugar rush. You pick these ridiculous characters—like a penguin in a diaper or the Vic Viper from Gradius, but somehow even sillier—and then blast through levels packed with absurd enemies. One second you're dodging giant floating Moai heads, the next you're collecting power-ups that yell nonsense through a megaphone.

It’s got that classic shoot-'em-up feel, but everything’s dialed up to "what am I even looking at?" mode. The music’s catchy, the colors are obnoxiously bright, and somehow it all just works. Even if you’ve never played a Konami game before, the sheer weirdness makes it hard to put down. Just don’t take it seriously—that’s kinda the point.
