Parlor! Parlor! IV CR was a Japan only release for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System, developed by Nippon Telenet. It came out in 1995, a time when the SNES library was filled with all sorts of experimental and niche titles from various developers.
You control a cursor to select different casino style games, like slots or card games, from a main menu. The main objective is simply to play these games and, presumably, accumulate virtual winnings.
