Packy & Marlon is one of those weirdly specific SNES games you stumble across and think, "Wait, this exists?" It's an educational game where you play as two diabetic kids (Packy and his sister Marlon) trying to manage their blood sugar while exploring a summer camp. You run around collecting insulin and healthy snacks, avoiding sugary junk—basically a crash course in diabetes care disguised as a platformer.
The controls are a little clunky, and the graphics are pure early '90s edutainment cheese, but there's something oddly charming about it. I remember getting stuck because I kept grabbing soda cans like an idiot instead of juice boxes. Not exactly a hidden gem, but definitely a curiosity if you're into retro oddities.
Fun fact: This was actually distributed for free through diabetes clinics back in the day.
