About Operation Europe
Operation Europe came out for the Super Nintendo in 1993, published by Koei. It was one of several strategy titles on the system that tried to tackle large scale historical conflicts, standing out for its focus on World War II in Europe.
You control either the Allied or Axis forces, directing generals and their units across a map of Europe. The main objective is to complete six historical missions by outmaneuvering the enemy. Key mechanics include managing supply lines for your armies and deploying Special Forces for sabotage or targeted strikes against enemy commanders. The game moves at a deliberate, thoughtful pace and presents a significant challenge, demanding careful planning for each offensive.
