Naki No Ryuu is one of those SNES mahjong games that feels like it was made for late-night sessions. The tiles have this satisfying weight when you slide them, and the AI isn’t afraid to wreck you if you play too carelessly. It’s got that classic ‘90s mahjong vibe—no frills, just clean gameplay with a few subtle animations to keep things from feeling stale.
What I like is how it doesn’t overwhelm you with tutorials. You either know mahjong or you’re gonna learn real quick. The music’s oddly chill for a game about crushing opponents, too. If you’re into retro mahjong, this one’s a solid pick.
