Mohawk and Headphone Jack is one of those weird, late-era SNES games that makes you question if the devs were on something when they made it. The whole screen spins like a record, and you’re just this little dude trying not to faceplant while jumping between platforms. It’s disorienting in the best way—like playing a platformer after three cups of coffee.
The soundtrack’s all rock and roll, which fits because the game feels like a mosh pit. You can curl into a spiky ball to defend yourself or just go full kamikaze and explode when things get too chaotic (which is often). And yeah, you’ll absolutely splatter against walls. A lot.
It’s got co-op too, so grab a friend if you want someone to suffer with you. Just don’t blame me when you both get motion sickness by level 3.
