Mario's Treasure Hunt 2 is one of those weird little SNES gems that never got the spotlight it deserved. You jump into these maze-like levels where coins are hidden everywhere—under blocks, behind fake walls, even tucked away in places you'd never think to check at first. The controls feel a little stiff compared to mainline Mario games, but once you get used to it, there's something satisfying about methodically hunting down every last coin.

Some levels are straightforward, but others? Total brain teasers. I remember getting stuck on one where you had to bounce off a Koopa shell just right to reach a hidden alcove.
